Retail Orders


We ship Nordic Supplements all over the world, no matter what quantity is ordered! Whilst we always aim to dispatch orders immediately, shipping times can vary from time to time during the year (particularly during the Christmas holiday season!).

Shipping and fulfilment companies often do not work on weekends, so please keep this in mind when placing your order. To manage your expectations, we work to the following guideline delivery times for orders:

Shipping to United Kingdom

We offer the following shipping options:

Free on orders over £19.99 via FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48® Delivery

£3.99 via Royal Mail 48® Delivery 1-2 Day Standard Service

£5.99 via UK Mail Next Working Day Priority Service

Europe: 5-7 working days

USA & Rest of World: 7-14 working days

If you have any concerns or questions about the delivery or status of your order, please email us with your transaction ID. We will investigate and respond as soon as we can.


Retail refunds must be made (we recommend using a courier) within 30 days of receipt. ALL orders after the 30 day period will not accepted.

The product must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused.

Retail refunds may take up to 15 working days to be refunded.

Trade Orders

Trade refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt (we recommend using a courier).

The returned box must be unopened and contain the original number products. NO refunds will be given on any returned order that does not have the original number of products in.

There is a £15 processing and handling fee.

It is the trade buyers responsibility to check with Nordic Supplements Ltd the best before date prior to purchase and to therefore factor in supply, demand and stock management. Nordic Supplements Ltd does not take any responsibility for out of date or surplus stock.
